At Evisort, we’re building award-winning artificial intelligence to analyze and understand contracts. Founded out of Harvard Law in 2016, Evisort is backed by investors like Microsoft’s M12 and General Atlantic and is working with companies like Fujitsu, Q’Doba, Keller Williams, and many more.
The Evisort Legal & Business Intelligence Fellowship Program is meant to embody the ethos of the founding team of Harvard lawyers who partnered with MIT data scientists and build Evisort in 2016. At its core is the idea that law students can provide value cross-functionally and work directly with data scientists and clients alike. Over 20 lawyers work at Evisort doing diverse roles from CEO and COO to Product Leads, Account Managers and Salespeople and fellows will have regular meetings with them as career mentors It is the opportunity Evisort’s founders wish they had when they were students to explore wide breath of opportunities open to law school graduates.
The Role – Partner with prospective clients at enterprises to evangelize Evisort’s AI solutions – Proficiently work remotely, joining client calls and internal meetings – Work with clients to map out complex internal contracting processes – Provide legal analysis in support of AI & new feature development
Qualifications – Must be a student at an ABA-accredited Law School – Ability to explain complicated concepts succinctly and effectively – Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and working professionally with C-level executives of client organizations – Previous experiences in consulting, banking, venture capital, sales, or technology helpful, but not necessary – Must be able to dedicate at least 8-10 hours a week with the option to do more. Opportunity available to extend fellowship over the Summer
